Asa is a spirited young ghoul from the 4th ward who dreams of crafting masks like her idol, Uta. Fierce-tempered yet warmhearted, she chases an apprenticeship under him and, along the way, forms an unexpected bond with a human woman.
Asa has an androgynous look, with a very lean frame and short blonde hair.
Fiery and quick to anger, Asa feels everything intensely and does not hold her temper well. Underneath the sharp edges she is warm and good-natured, and she takes to people readily once she has spent a little time with them.
Born a ghoul, Asa wields a rinkaku kagune. She has idolized the mask-maker Uta since childhood, having grown up in the 4th ward back when he served as its leader, and even after relocating to the 23rd ward she keeps pestering him to take her on as an apprentice. Her path also crosses that of an elderly human named Tsumugi Yamagata. The two clash at first, but Uta's quiet nudging brings them together, and Asa slips into the role of Tsumugi's apprentice almost without noticing. When the old woman dies, she leaves her home and belongings to Asa so the young ghoul can begin a new chapter.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
