A wealthy and feared ghoul who ran a sprawling black market operation. In earlier years Big Madam kept Juuzou Suzuya as a human pet and tormented him relentlessly, and reportedly employed Nutcracker, which made the whole network a priority target for the CCG.
Big Madam was a heavyset ghoul with strawberry-blonde hair, draped in opulent clothing and piled with jewelry. No mask ever featured in the look; it leaned instead on thick makeup, tinted sunglasses, and braces. Only after the auction, once the CCG recovered the corpse, was the ghoul's biological sex revealed to be male.
Sadism defined Big Madam, who savored the suffering of others through auction shows trading in human goods and by loaning out pets for the Ghoul Restaurant's dinner shows. That fortune bought the finest luxuries and funded a taste for petite, delicate humans as well as handsome ones, enough to bid two hundred million yen on Tooru Mutsuki. Refinement stopped at the wallet, though. Emotions ran completely unchecked, gushing and even drooling when pleased, and turning childishly brutal the instant things went wrong.
An associate of Madam A and the Ghoul Restaurant, Big Madam had abducted a child renamed Juuzou, molding him into a fighter and entertainer while torturing him at night, dressing him as a girl, and eventually castrating him with a hammer. A CCG raid years later failed to capture her. At the auction she hunted for a fresh pet, lost a bidding war over a famous actor to Croque Monsieur, then won Mutsuki for a record two hundred million yen. Her triumph collapsed the moment Suzuya revealed himself and began cutting down the ghouls in attendance.
Retreating with the other guests into the underground of the Zeum hall, she clashed with Kuki Urie, defeated him, and swallowed him whole, though he tore his way free with his koukaku kagune before Suzuya's squad could save him. Wounded by Juuzou's quinque Jason, she begged for mercy; Juuzou told her he bore no hatred but had to kill her because it was his job. Spitting that she had never loved him, she was cut down by the squad while Hanbee covered a tearful Juuzou, who said his farewell and called her father. A born ghoul rated SS on her own strength, she wielded a massive bikaku kagune shaped like a thick tail that could stretch a great distance, and it took a large team of investigators and Quinx to finally exterminate her.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
