A Taiwanese-born Rank 1 ghoul investigator, also known as Genie Hsiao, who joined the Quinx Squad among its second wave of recruits. A former half-human turned Quinx hybrid, she fights mainly with her fists and a koukaku kagune.
Hsiao is a dark-haired young woman of middling height and athletic frame. For operations she dons a long coat, boots reaching the knee, and clinging gloves that run the length of her arms up to the shoulders, all worn over a snug bodysuit cut open across the lower back.
Set beside her squadmates, Hsiao keeps a noticeably cooler head. She stays composed under pressure, concentrates intently, and does her best to carry out whatever a mission asks of her.
Born in Taiwan, Hsiao came to Japan as a child and received a gifted student's education at the Sunlit Garden. She debuted fighting Aogiri Tree alongside her squad, exterminating two of its members. Assigned to the Rushima operation, she spent days combing the island for Tooru Mutsuki, then joined the Quinx assault on the rampaging Floppy, slotting into an Arima Squad formation under Urie before Floppy's kakuja overwhelmed and defeated her.
During the Clown Siege she paired with Saiko, and when their squad leader Urie went berserk she injected him with Rc suppressants the moment he left himself exposed. She later watched the executions that marked the new Chairman's promotion and attended Takeomi and Yoriko's wedding. In the finale she kept up her TSC duties until poor health forced a leave of absence at twenty-six, during which she aided research into extending half-human lifespans before returning to office and intelligence work. As a Quinx she carries a koukaku kagune shaped into a sword and shield, which she can also wrap around her legs to power her kicks, excels at hand-to-hand combat beyond the rest of the new batch, and wields the rinkaku quinque Kuai 1/4, four small blades fixed to her hands and feet.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
