Fuka
CharacterFuka is a ghoul who spent time locked inside Cochlea until Ken Kaneki tore the prison open during the Third Cochlea Raid. Freed by the man rumored to be the liberator of ghouls, he pledges himself to Kaneki and rises within Goat, though his path ends in death.
Appearance
Fuka keeps his black hair in a mohawk whose front end drapes over his brow, and hollow, sunken cheeks lend his face a gaunt cast. He dresses in a pale zippered jacket marked with a pair of black stripes tracing each shoulder and forearm. Throughout his stint in Cochlea he wore the standard prison scrubs and let the hair grow long.
Personality
Little of his inner life is on record. What stands out is his devotion to the new One-Eyed King, a loyalty rooted in gratitude toward the ghoul who broke him out of prison and in the belief that this figure was the promised savior of their kind.
History
During the Third Cochlea Raid, Fuka hauled himself free of his cell once Kaneki had thrown the doors open. Afterward he led a party of ghouls before the One-Eyed King and ordered them to bow, which they did without hesitation. When Furuta broke off and abandoned Kaneki, Fuka wondered aloud whether to pursue and finish him, but Kaneki judged Furuta more useful alive than dead. As a ghoul, Fuka carried heightened physical strength and a potent koukaku-type kagune.
