Miho Toga

Miho is a young woman with long, dark hair. In keeping with the researchers around her, she is outfitted in a white coat worn over the standard CCG uniform.

Dutiful and dependable, Miho carries out her leader's orders and stays loyal to him all the way to the end. That steadfastness does not spare her fear, and her terror is plain to see in her final moments.

Assigned to the Shibashi Squad during the Auction, Miho works alongside the Hirako and Shimoguchi Squads and joins the fighting against the Clowns and other ghouls. Later, serving in the Shimoguchi Squad during the Tsukiyama extermination, she takes part in the raid on the Luna Eclipse building. Inside, her group comes upon the lone ghoul Kanae von Rosewald surrounded by mutilated bodies. Squad leader Nobu Shimoguchi moves to destroy the ghoul but loses an arm before he can get close. When he tries to save his subordinates by pretending to despise them and demanding they leave, Miho and Shion Satomi instead admit how fond of him they had grown. The two hold their ground to shield Shimoguchi and are killed by the ghoul. Toga was modeled on one of the twenty winners of a ghoul investigator recruitment contest and is linked to the phrase fish eye in the operation reports.
