Miza Kusakari is an S-rated ghoul and former Aogiri Tree executive who led the 18th ward and the Blades gang. Nicknamed Three Blades for the shape of her kagune, she is the level-headed partner of the hotheaded Naki, whom she eventually marries.
Small in stature, Miza is instantly recognizable by her hair, which she keeps salmon-toned with a broad hank gathered into a tall knot on top and loose strands hanging down beside her cheeks. She dresses in the flowing robes worn throughout Aogiri. The anime recolors her hair a light purple. Her short height traces back to a clan history of dwarfism.
Miza reads as level-headed and earnest, and she spends much of her energy reining in the group's more reckless members, Naki chief among them. Beneath the discipline runs a deep loyalty and, where Naki is concerned, an affection she expresses through small gestures such as heart-shaped frozen blood on Valentine's Day.
Eto flagged Miza as one of the guards assigned to Big Madam ahead of the auction. She debuted on a rooftop scolding Naki for botching the word unstable, then called him an idiot for charging into the fight, before leading her masked followers in and killing Jun Numa to back him up. When Naki was hurt by Akira Mado, Miza confronted Mado, warned that Naki's death would trouble her, and clashed with the investigator until a wound forced Hinami Fueguchi to wave her off. With Hinami gone to face Takizawa, she assumed command and called the retreat once the arriving S3 Squad signaled the strike on the Quinque Steel Transport had failed.
On Rushima she reunited with Ayato Kirishima, comparing notes on Torso, Eto's coming assembly, and the impregnable state of Cochlea. When the ghoul investigators landed, the Suzuya Squad cornered her; she praised Juuzou's strength before Hanbee Abara set upon one of her Blades. In the ensuing duel she kicked his quinque Silver Skull into a wall and struck from above, but he triggered a remote transformation that unleashed six tentacles and impaled her. She later woke to find Naki slumped against a wall, ringed by CCG corpses, bleeding and seemingly lifeless, and she collapsed over him in tears. Facing Koori Ui's squad, she was saved when Naki, thought dead, blocked the attack with his kagune; she urged him to fight on, and with Shuu Tsukiyama's arrival they escaped the island together.
Back among Goat, Miza weighed Kaneki's plans for the group and, during the Clowns' assault on Cochlea, sought his orders and struggled to restrain an enraged Naki when he turned on Kaneki. As an S-rated ghoul she fights with a bikaku kagune that manifests as three enormous blades, shearing through flesh and bone, and she once held her own against the S-rated Bin brothers in a turf war. In the epilogue she carries out United Front work alongside Naki, whom she married after the Dragon War, raising their nine children, six sons and three daughters.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
