Takeomi Kuroiwa is a Rank 1 investigator and later peacekeeper, the son of Iwao Kuroiwa and one of the tiny fraction of humans able to fight ghouls with their bare hands. A humble prodigy in the CCG's ranks, he eventually marries his childhood friend Yoriko Kosaka.
Tall and clearly his father's son, Takeomi shares Iwao's heavy eyebrows and eyes noticeably rounder than those of most other characters. On the job he keeps to the formal dress worn across the CCG.
For all the talk of his potential, Takeomi carries himself modestly and works hard, and though colleagues regard him as a prodigy he shows none of the arrogance that might invite. He knows what Sasaki really is yet holds none of an investigator's usual prejudice, openly admiring the man's skill instead. He is forever trying to better himself without seeming ambitious about it, and there is a plain, direct streak to him, seen when he casually proposes to Yoriko across the bakery counter where she works.
During the Torso investigation, Takeomi helped Take Hirako and Kuramoto Itou pin down Sasaki after he lost control following the clash with Serpent. He later approached Kuki Urie to ask after Sasaki, oblivious to the resentment Urie held for him. In the Auction Mopping-up Operation he fought within the Hirako-Shimoguchi Squad and killed the ghoul Ganbo with nothing but his hands. A promotion to Rank 1 followed at the spring ceremony, where his father congratulated both him and Urie.
Hoping to see Sasaki again, he instead crossed paths with Shirazu and Saiko and joined them at the Oasis bakery, where he reunited with Yoriko Kosaka, a friend from his elementary school days. He fought alongside the Quinx Squad against Noro during the Tsukiyama Family Extermination, shielding Saiko from the ghoul's kagune, and afterward stood in silence at the graves of the fallen with Itou and Hirako. In the Rushima Landing Operation, serving under Koori Ui, he was the first to charge Shuu Tsukiyama, only to have his quinque broken and be kicked away; borrowing one of Kuramoto's spares, he fought on and leaned on his comrade once the battles left him injured.
Later he proposed to Yoriko at the Oasis with a completed marriage form already in hand and Koori and Saiko standing as witnesses, having secured his parents' blessing beforehand. He told her he wanted to share his life with someone brave and kind who could cook, following his father's advice, and offered to track down a friend she had lost after the Owl Suppression Operation, a woman named Touka Kirishima. He helped clear masked Clowns out of the 9th ward, and after the siege he shut his eyes as Kichimura Washuu staged the public execution of Sasaki. On the day of the wedding he and Yoriko stepped out as newlyweds, laughing as her bouquet fell into the hands of Misato Gori.
Takeomi belongs to the roughly 0.01 percent of humans whose bodies rival a ghoul's, and he can bring one down unarmed, as he proved by breaking Ganbo's neck. His grip strength measures around a hundred, double the male average, and he pairs that raw power with speed, endurance that let him shrug off being smashed into pillars, and solid swordsmanship. His weapon is Tsunagi in its hardened form, a mass-produced bikaku quinque built like a guardless longsword.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
