Wobbegong

Appearance
Over the lower half of his face Wobbegong wears a mask that looks to be built from metal plating, fitted with a pair of monocle-style lenses.
History
For a time Wobbegong directs his band of former convicts through a run of robberies that repeatedly turns deadly for the police pursuing them. That reign ends when Iwao Kuroiwa kills him and harvests his kakuhou, the raw material later shaped into the quinque known as Kuroiwa Special. His codename borrows from the wobbegong, a carpet shark found in waters around Japan, Australia, and Indonesia.
