Tokyo Security Committee

The Tokyo Security Committee, commonly abbreviated to the TSC, is a national agency established to take the place of the Commission of Counter Ghoul once the struggle against V had ended. It marks a sharp departure from its predecessor: instead of waging war on ghoulkind, the body operates as a keeper of the peace, its attention fixed on the lingering danger posed by the Dragon Orphans. It retains the CCG's tiered rank structure, though those serving in the field now answer to the title of Peacekeeper.

A defining feature of the committee is its alliance with the United Front, a ghoul-led group, through which the two sides work to build lasting coexistence between people and ghouls. This cooperative stance underpins its mission and shapes how it approaches the threats it faces.

Its command tier is headed by Itsuki Marude as Director, with Takashi Houji as his deputy, Kiyoko Aura and Koori Ui overseeing the academy, Katsuya Mabuchi handling information, and Juuzou Suzuya and Keijin Nakarai holding the Dragon General posts. The wider staff draws in figures such as Hanbee Abara, Takeomi Kuroiwa, Matsuri Suzuki, Taishi Fura, Hideyoshi Nagachika, and the late Goumasa Tokage, plus researchers like Nishiki Nishio and Kimi Nishino. A reformed Quinx Squad under Kuki Urie continues to operate within it, and a roster of United Front representatives, among them Ken Kaneki, Shuu Tsukiyama, Kazuichi Banjou, Ayato Kirishima, and Hinami Fueguchi, rounds out its ranks.
