The tenth chapter deepens Kaneki's education in ghoul society at Anteiku while introducing two CCG investigators on the hunt. Yoshimura teaches him to pass as human, Touka lays down harsh rules about protecting Hide, and a starved ghoul meets a swift end.
Investigators Kureo Mado and Koutarou Amon patrol the 20th ward, with Mado nostalgically recalling an old case tied to the One-Eyed Owl and the pursuit of a mother and her child. At Anteiku, Yoshimura walks Kaneki through brewing coffee and reminds him that the shop is a gathering place for the ward's ghouls, not merely a cafe. Kaneki insists ghouls are meant to stay hidden, but Yoshimura explains that they must study human habits, gestures, and even eating, treating people as living examples to imitate. He also asks Kaneki to alert him should any customer arrive carrying a large bag or briefcase.
Hide turns up unharmed, believing a fabricated story that a car accident sent him and Kaneki to recover under Touka's care, unaware that Nishiki Nishio was the real danger. Touka warns Kaneki bluntly that she will kill Hide the instant he learns the truth, saying only the manager has held her back, and Kaneki resolves to keep up a human act around his friend. Upstairs, Yoshimura demonstrates how ghouls swallow human food whole while masking their disgust, a trick Kaneki fumbles, and hands him a special sugar cube that dulls hunger. Kaneki also meets two regulars, Ryouko Fueguchi and her daughter Hinami, ghouls who cannot hunt for themselves. Outside, a starving ghoul stalking Hide crosses Rize's old feeding ground and charges Mado, who dismembers him instantly before Amon joins him at the scene.
The chapter, Antique, belongs to the manga's second volume and formally introduces First Class investigator Mado and Rank 1 Amon of the Commission of Counter Ghoul. It also brings the Fueguchi mother and daughter into the story as sheltered ghouls who depend on Anteiku.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
