The one hundred fifth chapter of Tokyo Ghoul, titled Me and Me, watches a mindless Kaneki turn on Shinohara during the raid on Kanou's mansion, feeding on the wounded investigator as a furious Amon closes in with his quinque.
The wound that Yukinori Shinohara has dealt buckles Ken Kaneki, dropping him to his knees while nearby ghoul investigators cheer their colleague's skill. Rather than stay down, Kaneki calls up a second kagune and throws himself back into the fight. Lost in a feral daze, he closes the distance in an instant and runs the blades through Shinohara.
Elsewhere in the tunnels, Shuu Tsukiyama is cornered by Kazuichi Banjou's men, who beg him to come rescue their leader. Tsukiyama argues that Kaneki matters more, and the standoff only ends when Banjou himself turns up. The whole party then sets off to track Kaneki down.
Nearby, Koutarou Amon is checking on the injured Akira Mado when he catches sight of Kurona and Nashiro Yasuhisa lurking in the shadows. The pair slips away before he can question them. Pressing on into another room, Amon and Akira run into the two investigators assigned alongside Shinohara, who brief him on how the raid has gone. Just then Amon spots Kaneki devouring Shinohara, and in a rage he charges forward with his quinque Kura already unleashed.
Kaneki summons a fresh kagune and impales Shinohara in a mindless frenzy. Tsukiyama, Banjou, and Banjou's underlings unite to go looking for Kaneki. Amon glimpses the Yasuhisa twins fleeing the scene, then discovers Kaneki eating Shinohara and rushes him with Kura active.
