Summary

As Ken Kaneki weighs how to shatter Doujima, Koutarou Amon barrels in and hurls him back. Kouitsu Chigyou notes the heavy strain Arata places on a wielder yet trusts that Amon can draw out its hidden potential.

The Special Classes keep pressing Yoshimura, and Koori Ui lands a heavy blow. Yoshimura springs to a neighboring rooftop but loses his left arm to Juuzou Suzuya, who forfeits his own right leg in the exchange. Yukinori Shinohara tends the injury and calls for medics, weeping that he let Juuzou come to such harm. Juuzou, unable to grasp the feeling, cannot understand the tears since the wound brings him no pain.

Amon looks back over his life and asks himself what he stands to lose next before throwing himself once more at Kaneki.
