The seventeenth chapter of Tokyo Ghoul sees a masked Touka ambush Amon's dinner party to avenge Ryouko, only for Mado to school her in the weaknesses of Ukaku ghouls and beat her down before she barely escapes.
Mado announces the hunt for case 745, meaning Ryouko's daughter Hinami, and boasts that the whole Commission of Counter Ghoul will soon share in the coming victory. That evening Amon, Kusaba, and Nakajima head out to eat, trading talk about case 696 and academy law, comparing the late Ryouko to the Binge Eater, Rize, and weighing how far to pursue the Gourmet. Kusaba voices his admiration for Amon just before his face is suddenly slashed open, and Nakajima spots a girl wearing a rabbit mask.
As Touka moves to strike Nakajima, Amon steps in front, judging from her bearing that she is a ghoul. When she extends her kagune, he identifies it as an Ukaku of the instantaneous kind and admits a direct hit from its claws would kill him. Mado intervenes, telling Amon to keep calm and turning the fight into a lesson on wielding a quinque. Impressed by her dodging, Mado links her skill to Asaki, Ryouko's husband, and explains that Ukaku ghouls lose their edge once their speed is stripped away, since their stamina fails in a drawn-out fight.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
In Tokyo Ghoul Chapter 17, the rabbit mask belongs to Touka Kirishima, who ambushes Kureo Mado's group during their dinner outing in an attempt to avenge Ryouko Fueguchi.
Chapter 17 opens with Kureo Mado announcing the hunt for Hinami, then follows Amon, Kusaba, and Nakajima to dinner, where a masked Touka Kirishima attacks after slashing Kusaba's face. Mado steps in and beats her down before she narrowly escapes.
Touka attacks to avenge Ryouko Fueguchi, whose daughter Hinami is being hunted by the Commission of Counter Ghoul in the same chapter.
Mado explains that Ukaku ghouls like Touka rely on speed and lose their edge once it is stripped away, since their stamina fails in a prolonged fight, a weakness he exploits to wear her down.
After the fight, Mado recalls that Ukaku type ghouls have killed investigators before and, based on her fighting style, pegs the masked attacker as the Rabbit ghoul, leaving her arm badly wounded.
