Secret is the seventy-fifth chapter of Tokyo Ghoul, part of the eighth volume. It reframes Ayato as a brother who could not bring himself to kill Touka, then closes with Kaneki making brutal good on his half-killing threat.
Ken Kaneki presses Ayato Kirishima on what he actually hoped to gain by joining the Aogiri Tree. The question grates on the younger ghoul, who answers with a flurry of strikes. Once the exchange dies down, Kaneki lays out a deduction: during Touka's earlier lunge at Yamori, it was Ayato who shielded her, and without that intervention Yakumo Oomori would have killed her. He notes that finding Touka alive on the rooftop convinced him Ayato never carried real killing intent toward his sister.
Ayato waves the accusation away, only for Kaneki to cut him off mid-sentence with a sudden kick that puts him on the ground. Making good on his earlier vow, Kaneki slams the boy through the floor and coldly details how he will half-kill him, choosing to fracture one hundred and three bones beginning at the arm. He recites the name of each bone as he crushes it, and afterward tells Ayato that his own torment is nothing beside the pain Touka has carried.
Secret (秘密, Himitsu) is the seventy-fifth chapter and sits in volume eight. The installment recasts the siblings' relationship through flashbacks to Yamori's rooftop confrontation, revealing Ayato's protective instinct beneath his cruelty. Arata Kirishima is mentioned, while Touka, Nishiki Nishio, and Yakumo Oomori appear only in recollection.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Chapter 75 has Kaneki confronting Ayato about his true motives for joining Aogiri, then making good on his earlier threat by breaking Ayato's bones one by one.
Kaneki deduces that Ayato secretly protected Touka from Yakumo Oomori during an earlier attack, concluding that Ayato never truly intended to kill his sister despite joining Aogiri.
Kaneki slams Ayato through the floor and methodically fractures one hundred and three of his bones starting with the arm, naming each bone as he breaks it.
Chapter 75 of Tokyo Ghoul is titled Secret, Himitsu in Japanese (秘密), referring to the hidden truth behind Ayato's actions toward Touka.
After breaking Ayato's bones, Kaneki tells him that his own torment is nothing compared to the pain Touka has carried.
