Priest is the eighty-third chapter of Tokyo Ghoul, contained in the ninth volume. It fleshes out Donato Porpora and his twisted history with Amon, drops the cryptic Alice clue, and reveals that Hide has been feeding the CCG intelligence from within.
Akira Mado and Koutarou Amon are led to the cell of Donato Porpora, who smugly addresses Amon as his son and asks after Kureo Mado when he notices the investigator's absence. Donato agrees to talk but demands that the two of them speak alone.
Stepping out, Akira reviews his file: an SS-rated ghoul of Russian origin nicknamed the Priest, he once ran a Catholic church in Japan and savagely killed the children in his care. Inside, Amon presses him about Aogiri's assault on Cochlea, but Donato flatly claims ignorance. When Amon demands sincerity, the ghoul retorts that he should abandon the scripted questions, offering only that he savored the wardens' screams as Aogiri's ghouls butchered them, relishing the memory and wishing he had joined the feast.
Sickened, Amon calls off the interview. Donato needles him that the cross he wears proves he still loves his foster father, but Amon insists it stands instead for his own naivety and the horrors of that church, and for the loathing he has carried ever since. On his way out, Donato tells him to look not for the White Rabbit but for Alice. Elsewhere, Akira picks prisoners for Doctor Kouitsu Chigyou, hoping to craft a quinque to rival Suzuya's.
Hideyoshi Nagachika delivers paperwork to the office, where Shinohara and Taishi Fura discuss the Priest and the CCG's manpower shortage, then he chats with Seidou in the cafeteria about his subordinates. Finally, Katsuya Mabuchi reports to Itsuki Marude that the informant behind the 11th Ward leak has been identified, and to Marude's shock it is the CCG part-timer Hideyoshi Nagachika.
Priest (神父, Shinpu) is the eighty-third chapter, part of volume nine. It deepens Donato's cruelty and his role in Amon's past, seeds the mysterious Alice reference, and lands the twist that Hide has secretly been the CCG's source. Kureo Mado and Kouitsu Chigyou are mentioned but do not appear.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
In Chapter 83, Akira Mado and Koutarou Amon interrogate the imprisoned ghoul Donato Porpora about Aogiri Tree's assault on Cochlea, and the chapter ends with the reveal that CCG part timer Hideyoshi Nagachika is the anonymous informant.
Donato Porpora is an SS rated ghoul of Russian origin nicknamed the Priest who once ran a Catholic church in Japan and killed the children in his care, and Chapter 83 reveals he is Koutarou Amon's foster father.
As Amon leaves the interrogation, Donato Porpora tells him to look not for the White Rabbit but for Alice, a cryptic remark whose meaning is not explained in the chapter.
Koutarou Amon calls off the interview after Donato Porpora admits he savored the screams of the wardens killed during Aogiri Tree's Cochlea break in and says he wishes he had joined the slaughter.
Chapter 83 is titled Priest, translated from the Japanese Shinpu, referring to Donato Porpora's past as a church leader.
