Hidenobu Kiuchi is a Japanese voice actor born in 1969 who lent his voice to Hol Horse in the anime adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders.
Kiuchi provided the Japanese voice for Hol Horse, the wandering gunslinger and Stand user who allies with, then repeatedly betrays, Jotaro Kujo's group during the Stardust Crusaders arc. Playing off Hol Horse's cocky, self-serving personality, Kiuchi brought a smooth, theatrical delivery honed from his background as a stage actor. The role remains one of his most recognized voice credits within the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime, produced by David Production.
Away from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Kiuchi has built a long career across anime: he played Ren Honjo in Nana, brought Shisui Uchiha to life in Naruto Shippuden, voiced the doomed contractor Hei in Darker than Black, portrayed Kenzo Tenma in Monster, gave voice to the father figure in Chi's Sweet Home, and took on Yushi Oshitari in The Prince of Tennis. His path into the industry started on stage, and a senior performer encouraged him to try voice acting; nearly two decades later, in 2008, he broke new ground as the first Japanese voice actor invited as a convention guest in Australia.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
