In Sailor Moon Crystal, PallaPalla is the second-oldest of the Amazoness Quartet serving the Dead Moon Circus, and the group's chief spellcaster. Far in the 30th century she will awaken as Sailor Pallas of the Sailor Quartet, one of Chibiusa's guardians.
As an Amazoness, PallaPalla has pale blue hair gathered into a bun, light skin, and matching blue eyes. She wears a blue one-piece marked with three ringed circles and darker orbs, hemmed with an orange skirt and hung with ball-shaped ornaments on her necklace, bracelets, sandals, and headpiece. She is the smallest of the four sisters.
Her Sailor Pallas form keeps that bun but adds a metal-ringed headdress of four fluted pipes, each tipped with a blue orb. Her uniform is a white leotard with a deep blue bow and a pale blue star brooch, paired with a stripe-less pale blue collar, star-set gold tiara, bubble sleeves, and white knee-high boots marked with yellow stars.
PallaPalla stands as the counterpart to Sailor Mercury among the Inner Guardians, but where Mercury is measured, she is her opposite: immature, blunt, restlessly active, and more than a little naive.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Like the rest of the Sailor Quartet, PallaPalla is a guardian corrupted by Queen Nehelenia and pressed into service for the Dead Moon Circus under Zirconia until she is eventually freed. Within the Amazoness Quartet she rides a ball and, above all, works magic, drawing on her Amazon Stone to produce a wide range of effects; while the others can use their own stones, she casts nearly every named spell across Sailor Moon Eternal.
Her magic raises the barrier that ends up sealing the Earth, blocking the heroes from transforming and cutting off Chibiusa's return to the future. She grants the Amazon Trio their human shapes, sells Fish Eye to Ami in a bid to kill her, and swaps the ages of Usagi and Chibiusa. Her named workings run from Order of Orbs and Summon Orb to the age-reversing Opposite Orb, the Hailstorm Orb, and the Medicine Orb, and she fights as well by hurling her spheres.
