Kigaan

In disguise she takes the shape of a severe bus driver, her cap tugged low to hide her eyes. Her true monster form is a female humanoid whose skin runs brown and green beneath a mane of long red hair.

Cold and single-minded, Kigaan follows Jadeite's orders without hesitation, unmoved by the frightened passengers she carries toward their doom.

Her task is to round up the girls who visit the Hikawa Shrine, where Jadeite works as caretaker and hands out good-luck charms laced with dark energy. Once a charm is triggered it drops its owner into a daze, and the entranced girls board the route bus near Sendai Hill that Kigaan pilots. When the riders black out, the vehicle drifts through a hole torn in the sky into another dimension, where she harvests their energy for her master.

Too nervous at first to climb aboard, Usagi eventually boards disguised as a bus attendant with Luna at her side. Discovering the unconscious passengers, she orders the driver to stop, but Kigaan hauls them all into the other realm anyway. Meanwhile Rei Hino uncovers Jadeite's scheme at the shrine, and when she confronts him he opens a portal that drags her and her ravens Phobos and Deimos through as well.

In that other dimension Kigaan catches the falling Rei and sheds her disguise for her real shape. Sailor Moon's Moon Tiara Action misses as the monster ducks while gripping Rei in a headlock, until Phobos and Deimos peck at her and force her to let go. Snatching the tiara out of the air becomes her undoing, since it winds around her and pins her arms long enough for Rei to become Sailor Mars for the very first time and burn the creature away with Fire Soul. With Kigaan gone the portal begins to seal, Ami holds it open, and Tuxedo Mask returns the buses and their sleeping riders safely to Sendai Hill. Notably she is the first monster of the day the show does not have Sailor Moon defeat, and she fills the role Jadeite himself plays as the bus driver in the manga.
