Yoshiki Kurebayashi is a botanist and a senior schoolmate of Mamoru Chiba who appears once during Sailor Moon S. A rose breeder devoted to helping fragile plants survive, he becomes a reluctant mark for the Death Busters agent Mimete.
Kurebayashi wears glasses, and his sun-darkened skin is framed by dark brown hair. His gardening outfit runs to a yellow plaid shirt over a green vest, blue belted trousers, black boots, and a broad straw hat.
His passion is horticulture, above all the breeding of new rose varieties, and his aim is not vanity but survival. He works to give the more delicate, illness-prone blooms a fighting chance, a purpose that Hotaru only understands once she watches him at it.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Mamoru brings Usagi, Hotaru, Chibiusa, and Luna along to his upperclassman's botanical garden during a picnic, and they pass a pleasant afternoon together. Kurebayashi happens to be Mimete's assigned target for his Pure Heart Crystal, though she keeps stalling. Hotaru bristles at the idea of a gardener 'improving' roses until she helps him patch the greenhouse after hail cracks the ceiling and sees that he only wants the weaker plants to endure. Mimete, torn between her orders and her wish to chase Mamoru instead, at last commits to her assignment. She hurls an axe at the ladder, dropping both Kurebayashi and Hotaru, then looses the Daimon U-Baulla, which tears out his crystal. Once Sailor Moon downs the Daimon with Rainbow Moon Heartache, the crystal returns to him. Files on Mimete's computer put his height at 189 cm and his weight at 82 kg.
