Takuya Muramatsu is a student in Korosensei's Class 3-E at Kunugigaoka Junior High, a laid-back member of Terasaka's group and widely regarded as the best cook in the class, destined to inherit and reinvent his family's ramen shop.
Muramatsu has dirty-blond hair and small, black eyes so dark they read like pupils floating without any iris around them.
Easygoing to the point of indifference, Muramatsu carries out assassination attempts on his own terms and shows little drive for the training itself. Cooking is where he truly shines. Early on he was willing to throw Nagisa under the bus for a kill, but over time he grows far more cooperative, backing Terasaka and pulling his weight through the school festival.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Muramatsu's family runs a ramen shop called Matsuraiken, and he spent years pushing his father, without success, to fix a recipe he found too bland. In the classroom he first appears alongside Terasaka and Yoshida when the three lean on Nagisa to attempt a killing, a plan that collapses and earns them Korosensei's fury for endangering a classmate. He trails Terasaka in sitting out the group's schemes until Korosensei's tutoring tempts him in, which pays off when he ties for first in Home Economics and earns a shot at one of the teacher's tentacles. The Okinawa trip leaves him poisoned with several classmates once the ambitious plan falls apart.
His cooking becomes his real contribution. When Terasaka's group works to cure Itona of his obsession, they bring him to Matsuraiken, where Itona critiques the ramen so sharply that it stings, yet the visit helps steer Itona toward joining Class E. At the school festival Muramatsu proves vital, spending a week of research to perfect noodles made from acorns that pull in crowds and much-needed profit. He shoots respectably too, ranking fourth among the boys in marksmanship during June training. Seven years later he takes over the family business and finally changes the recipe, just as he always intended.
