Time Has Come is the 176th chapter of Assassination Classroom. His strength spent and the laser about to fire, Korosensei tells the class it is finally time to kill him, and the students reluctantly agree, with Nagisa volunteering to deliver the fatal blow.
After a lighthearted exchange over whether Korosensei enlarged Kayano's chest during her revival, the class turns to find their exhausted teacher sinking to the ground. He tells them that every good stretch of time must end and that the moment to kill him has arrived. At the same instant, the students notice the laser is on the verge of firing.
Isogai calls for a show of hands from anyone unwilling to kill Korosensei, and every hand goes up. He then asks who is prepared to go through with it; after a quiet look back on their days together, the students slowly raise their hands and move to pin down each of Korosensei's tentacles. When Isogai asks who will pierce his heart, Nagisa steps forward to volunteer.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Korosensei decides that bidding farewell to each student individually would take far too long, so he leaves every one of them a book of guidance instead. Before the assassination proceeds, he requests a final roll call. Titled Yattekita Jikan in Japanese, the chapter comes after Lost Time and before Graduation Time.
