Connie Springer's brother never speaks a line; Martin exists in a warm family memory and in the horror that replaced it. Gassed by Marleyan soldiers and transformed by Zeke Yeager into one of Ragako's Titans, he is destroyed sometime before Wall Rose is declared clear.
Only fragments of Martin survive on the page: a small boy in a loose shirt and shorts, wearing small shoes, his hair grown to medium length.
The manga gives Martin no dialogue and no characterization of his own. He appears solely inside Connie's memory of a happy household in Ragako, one face in the ordinary life the Springer family lost overnight.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
At the outset of the Wall Rose invasion, Marleyan soldiers gas the residents of Ragako and Zeke Yeager turns them into Titans; Martin is among the victims, transformed in the wave that followed Eren and Annie's brawl in Stohess District. He is first shown in a flashback when Connie returns to the village searching desperately for survivors and finds none, recalling the family he once had. The Titan that had been Martin is killed at some point before the military declares Wall Rose free of Titans.
Martin Springer is Connie Springer's younger brother, a small boy from the village of Ragako who appears only in a flashback within Connie's memories.
Martin Springer was gassed by Marleyan soldiers during the invasion of Wall Rose and transformed into a Titan by Zeke Yeager; the Titan he became was killed before Wall Rose was declared clear.
