Chin-length black hair, worn partly gathered behind her head, frames Nambia's face. She is a middle-aged woman with deep brown skin, and for the Liberio festivities she chooses a long-sleeved white gown whose refinement reflects both her wealth and her diplomatic station.

Warmth defines Nambia's reunion with Willy Tybur; the two greet each other joyfully and trade stories about the mischief of their shared childhood, during which she often reduced young Willy to tears. She is also openly emotional, moved to visible feeling when Willy appeals to the nations of the world to stand together against Paradis Island.

Nambia and Willy Tybur grew up as friends, though many years pass between their childhood and their next meeting. On the night before the Liberio festival, she and fellow ambassador Ogweno attend a gathering of dignitaries from around the world, where the pair happily reconnect with Willy and reminisce about old misadventures.

The following day she watches Willy's production, in which he exposes the true history of the world at the cost of his own family's reputation. His call for unity against Paradis Island stirs her deeply. The moment Willy declares war, the Attack Titan erupts from beneath the stage and smashes it, hurling debris into the assembled crowd. Nambia's fate after the attack is never confirmed.
