Dedicate Your Heart is the 33rd episode of Attack on Titan season 4, the 92nd overall. As the Alliance battles across the Founding Titan's colossal body, Armin awakens in the Paths beside Zeke, and their talk about what makes life precious moves the past inheritors of the Nine Titans to break free and fight.
Riding Falco's winged Jaw Titan, the Alliance splits into strike teams under fire from replicated War Hammer Titans. Reiner and Jean drop near the Founding Titan's nape, where Reiner's Armored Titan draws the archers' attention so Jean, his ODM gear patched with parts from Reiner's, can reach Pieck. Freed from her impaled Cart Titan, Pieck transforms anew and sends Jean onward to the detonator, trusting her Titan's endurance to keep her in the fight through repeated transformations. Farther back, Mikasa, Conny, and Annie's Female Titan chase the okapi-headed Titan holding Armin, only for a recreation of Bertholdt's Colossal Titan to block their path.
Armin, meanwhile, discovers he is not dead but inside the Paths, where Zeke sits in resignation. Zeke reasons that life exists only to multiply, that Ymir built her deathless Titan body out of terror, and that escape is both impossible and pointless since everything ends anyway. Armin picks up what he sees as a dried leaf and recalls racing Eren and Mikasa up a hill, feeding squirrels, trivial moments he nonetheless treasures. In Zeke's eyes the leaf is a baseball, and the sight pulls him back to afternoons playing catch with Tom Xaver. Conceding that such pointless things carry meaning after all, Zeke looks up to find Xaver, Grisha, Eren Kruger, the Galliard brothers, and Ymir of the Scouts standing with them.
Outside, the tide turns as past inheritors' Titans slip the Founder's control: Bertholdt's Colossal sweeps enemies away from Mikasa's team, the Galliards' Jaw Titans screen Pieck and Jean, and Ymir's Jaw saves Reiner from being overrun. Gabi's rifle shot and Mikasa's blades free Armin from the okapi Titan's mouth, and he destroys it with a Thunder Spear. Zeke then emerges from the Founder's spine and calls out to Levi.
Reiner and Jean deploy at the Founding Titan's nape; Pieck escapes her wrecked Cart Titan and re-transforms, directing Jean toward the explosives' detonator.
Bertholdt's recreated Colossal Titan cuts off Mikasa, Conny, and Annie as they pursue the Titan that swallowed Armin.
In the Paths, Zeke lays out his nihilistic reading of life and Ymir's fear, but Armin's insistence that small, purposeless moments still matter rekindles Zeke's memory of playing catch with Tom Xaver.
The former inheritors of the Nine Titans defy the Founder's control; their Titans, including Bertholdt's Colossal and the Galliard and Ymir Jaw Titans, intervene on the Alliance's side.
Armin is cut free, kills his captor with a Thunder Spear, and is caught by Annie's Female Titan, while Zeke surfaces from the Founder's spine and addresses Levi directly.
Produced by MAPPA and directed by Jun Shishido and Kiou Igarashi from Hiroshi Seko's script, the episode adapts the chapters In the Depths of Despair, Dedicate Your Heart, and Titans, framed by the opening Saigo no Kyojin and ending Itterasshai.
It is the second of four episodes making up the episodic version of THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 2, released only on Japanese streaming services; its title is a working translation rather than an official English one.
The lore segment covers Falco's flying Titan: because he turned Pure Titan through Zeke's spinal fluid before inheriting the Jaw, his form blends Jaw and Beast traits, with raptor-like claws and 30-meter wings capable of true flight. Though uncredited, the infant son of Yuki Kaji, Eren's voice actor, voices a swaddled baby saved by a fleeing crowd.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
