Gitano Shigeo

Gitano keeps his blond hair at shoulder length and sports a goatee. His look layers a plain tee under a short-sleeved button-up, all topped with a loud Hawaiian-print shirt, and he tends to lug a guitar case around on his back.

Since his part-time wages barely stretch to cover the rent, Gitano is forever hunting down the cheapest meal he can find, brushing off expiration dates in the process. Let a good food bargain slip past and he will happily get physical with his own friends over it.

When Harutoki Ide turns up with a parakeet whose past owners all died young, he tries to pass the bird to Gitano, who wants nothing to do with something cursed. Gitano also snaps at Harutoki for pushing it onto Sado, insisting his friend is too soft for such things. Mid-conversation a steel beam plunges toward the group, and Sado shields them with his own body, leaving Gitano stunned when the parakeet openly thanks him as though it grasped the danger.

Later, on the walk to a lunch spot, Gitano notices Sado lagging behind and loudly hurries him along. An explosion erupts, which Gitano writes off as a gas blast, and he checks on Sado, who spots the oncoming Hollow and shoves both him and Harutoki clear before drawing the creature off. Baffled by it all, Gitano can only call after his departing friend.
