Michel

In the guise he wears among humans, Michel favors theatrical elegance: a black tuxedo finished with a bow tie, blond hair kept just past the ears, and pale blue eyes. A tall silver-rimmed top hat crowns him, while a flowing cape, dark on the outside and crimson within, spreads open at the collar and is clasped by an elongated golden skull.

Once his rage strips the disguise away, he swells into a hulking beast covered in grey-brown fur, jaws bristling with fangs and a hollow cavity gaping at his chest. A horned skull rides atop his head, his eyes flood entirely blue, and the shredded remnants of his old suit still cling to his shoulders.

At first Michel plays the part of a beloved public figure, forever smiling, generous with his time, and eager to seem devoted to Karakura's residents. He praises the town for having protectors like the Karakura-Raizer Team and even breaks away from a swarm of autograph seekers to check on Kon. The warmth, however, is entirely staged.

Beneath it sits a cold schemer acting on orders to level the town. His hypnosis makes the populace adore him, and the flight-granting capes he gifts the Karakura-Raizer members secretly siphon their Reiatsu to leave them defenseless. When Tatsuki begins sensing the deceit and his spell lapses too soon, Michel drops the mask, boasts of the control he holds over Karakura, and turns on her before Kon steps in.

Michel's signature weapon is hypnosis, usually triggered when a victim meets his gaze; their eyes flash red for an instant as they fall under his sway. Through it he claimed most of Karakura, though Kon's nature as a Modified Soul left him immune. He can also draw Reiatsu straight out of others, pulling it from the fallen Karakura-Raizer members in violet streams and molding the gathered energy into a glowing purple trident useful for close strikes and for spawning swarms of cutting arcs.

His arsenal further includes a broad crimson Cero, charged in his palm as a human and at his trident's central prong once transformed, plus a capable Sonido for evasion and a rose technique that loops blossoms into a constricting ring strong enough to fell a Hollow outright. Despite this range, Kon shrugs off the Cero, knocks out the tooth anchoring the hypnosis, and finishes him with a Raizer beam.
