The Soul Detective ・ Karakuraizer Takes Off Again!

When a Hollow menaces a Plus, Kon arrives in Ichigo's body to transform, but a top-hatted man in a black suit dispatches the Hollow first. The rescued Plus fawns over her savior, Michel, her eyes flashing red. In the Giant Hollow Fortress, the returning Unnamed Female Arrancar gloats that her plan to seize Karakura Town is unfolding, crediting herself for creating Michel. At the Urahara Shop, Kon finds the Karakura-Raizer team gathered and learns the Arrancar is back, but he insists the real nuisance is the caped man fighting Hollows, whom the others recognize as the celebrated spiritualist Michel.

Out in the streets, Michel charms the team with a glance, their eyes glowing red as they defend him against Kon's rudeness. Kon's own attack on a Hollow does nothing, and Michel again finishes it off, telling Kon to leave the danger to him. Soon the whole town wears capes like Michel's, and on television he presents the team with special capes that let them fly, tightening his hold. When Kon later stumbles on Michel attacking Tatsuki, the villain admits the capes drain Reiatsu and that he is under orders to conquer the town.

Spurred by Tatsuki's faith in him, Kon returns as Michel absorbs everyone's stolen Reiatsu into a trident. With a timely assist from Tatsuki, Kon lands a punch that knocks out Michel's tooth and breaks the town's hypnosis. Michel drops his disguise, revealing a large Hollow, and after trading blows Kon flips him and finishes him with the Riser Beam. The enraged Arrancar smashes her fortress controls, sending it crashing again. Back at the shop, Urahara explains that Kon resisted the hypnosis because he is a Modified Soul.

Michel, a Hollow created by the female Arrancar, hypnotizes Karakura Town under the guise of a heroic spiritualist. The Karakura-Raizer team falls under his spell, receiving Reiatsu-draining capes. Kon discovers Michel's true purpose as he attacks Tatsuki. Kon breaks the hypnosis by knocking out Michel's tooth and defeats his true Hollow form with the Riser Beam. The female Arrancar's fortress crashes, and Urahara credits Kon's immunity to his nature as a Modified Soul.

A sequel to the earlier Karakura-Raizer filler, this anime-original comedy sits apart from the main story. A Shinigami Illustrated Picture Book segment has Uryū presenting Kon's plush form with an unwanted frilly makeover after crediting him with redeeming the capes. Featured techniques include the Hollow abilities Sonído and Cero along with Kon's Riser Beam.
