Quincy: Vollständig is the Wandenreich's refined answer to the fragile Letzt Stil, an evolved holy form that can be raised again and again without robbing the user of their powers. It clothes most wielders in an angel's guise of Reishi wings and a radiant halo.
Most often the form casts its bearer as an angel. Wings of Reishi, called Heiligen Fliegen, spread from the back, and a star-shaped Quincy Zeichen hovers overhead as a halo known as the Heiligenschein. The exact look changes from Quincy to Quincy: Mask De Masculine gains a cape and a giant star, Äs Nödt sprouts spiked rings, and a few, such as Gerard Valkyrie and Uryū Ishida, carry no halo at all. Certain members of the Schutzstaffel can even shed a fatal wound to erupt into a drastically altered second shape, regenerating lost limbs along the way.
Conceived by the Wandenreich to remedy the shortcomings of the outdated Letzt Stil, Vollständig can be switched off and on repeatedly, with Bazz-B toggling his several times in a single day. Its many names tend to end in the syllable el, echoing the biblical habit of closing angelic names with a word for God, and in the anime its rise rings out like tolling church bells. Mastery does not come free, however, since sustaining the form drains a great deal of stamina.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....
The usual trigger is the Leiden Hant glove, whose Wandenreich emblem blazes with spirit energy and raises a pillar of light capped by a Quincy Zeichen. Others improvise: Äs Nödt rolls back an eye that hides the emblem, while Gerard traces the mark in the air with his blood. Once active, the form lets a Quincy pull enormous amounts of Reishi through the Heiligenschein by way of Sklaverei, absorbing everything from terrain to spiritual abilities to entire souls such as Ayon. It grants flight on the Heiligen Fliegen, a Reishi weapon drawn from the gauntlet, sharpened senses, and a greatly amplified Schrift with access to fresh techniques. Its vulnerabilities are pointed: Yhwach's Auswählen can strip it away, holding a stolen Bankai through a Medallion blocks it, destroying the Heiligenschein cancels its power, and the blade Shinken Hakkyōken can reflect its godly output.
The wiki does not label Quincy: Vollstandig as a direct Bankai counterpart, but it functions as the Quincy's ultimate transformation, an angelic holy form the Wandenreich engineered to replace the fragile Letzt Stil and one that can be activated repeatedly without weakening the user afterward.
Quincy: Vollstandig, sometimes misspelled Voltstanding, is the Wandenreich's evolved Quincy transformation, a holy form that grants flight, a Reishi weapon, sharpened senses, and an amplified Schrift, without the permanent cost that its predecessor Letzt Stil demands.
In Japanese the technique is called Destroyer: Complete Holy Form, and Vollstandig itself is German for Quincy: Complete.
Most who trigger Quincy: Vollstandig take on an angelic appearance, growing Reishi wings called Heiligen Fliegen and a star-shaped halo known as the Heiligenschein, though the exact look varies by user, such as Mask De Masculine's giant star and cape or Uryu Ishida going without a halo at all.
Vollstandig is usually triggered with the Leiden Hant glove, whose Wandenreich emblem blazes with spirit energy and raises a pillar of light, though some users improvise, such as As Nodt rolling back an eye or Gerard Valkyrie tracing the mark in his own blood.
