Raikū is the Zanpakutō of Kagerōza Inaba, a Mod-Soul who posed as a Shinigami researcher. Its power bends space itself, opening portals to the Dangai that can swallow enemies, cancel attacks, and replay recorded techniques and events at will.
Sealed, Raikū disguises itself as a silver cane, its dark blue handle sweeping around to join the shaft. At the command Go Mad, a yellow-green light coils over the cane and reshapes it into a double-headed voulge streaked with red markings.
The weapon is defined by its dominion over space, and it announces that power with a bell-like chime each time Inaba spins it. That same authority reaches beyond the duel, since Raikū governs the Reiatsu-limiter bracelets worn by Inaba's Reigai, letting him snap them open and send those duplicates surging to full strength.

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....
Spinning the blade lets Inaba tear open portals that link to the Dangai, which can drag an opponent inside. A rightward twirl swallows an incoming attack and records it, capturing not only strikes but movements and even an enemy Zanpakutō's traits, while a leftward twirl calls up a portal that replays whatever he stored, as many times as he likes. He can record himself to spawn an independent clone, or fold the portals onto his own body to blink instantly to a new spot. The power carries limits, though. Inaba must finish the rotation to copy or recreate space, so blocking the spin on either side denies that half of the ability, only one direction works at a time, constant use bleeds his energy, and any clone he makes carries no weapon of its own. He turned all of this against the Gotei 13 during the Reigai's invasion, a storyline told only in the anime.
Raiku is the space-bending Zanpakuto of Kagerouza Inaba, a Mod-Soul posing as a Shinigami researcher, capable of opening portals to the Dangai that can swallow enemies and replay recorded attacks.
Sealed, Raiku takes the form of a silver cane with a dark blue handle, and at the command Go Mad it reshapes into a double-headed voulge streaked with red markings.
Kagerouza Inaba releases Raiku with the command Go Mad.
Spinning Raiku lets Inaba tear open portals linking to the Dangai: a rightward twirl swallows and records an incoming attack, while a leftward twirl opens a portal that replays whatever was recorded as many times as he likes, and he can fold the portals onto himself to teleport instantly.
No, according to the wiki Kagerouza Inaba never achieved Bankai for Raiku.
