Ritz is the Doll of the Bount Mabashi, a rodent-shaped familiar summoned from a crystal on her master's choker. Chirpy and servile yet gleefully sadistic, her true menace is possession, seizing bodies and even splitting into copies to hijack an entire crowd.
About as big as a person's hand, Ritz blends rodent and blossom. Her red-furred mouse face carries pale blue eyes, a pale brown snout, and a curl of fur sweeping back from either cheek, while her body is a flower: a ring of three dark purple petals frames her head, an upturned four-petaled bloom in yellow and red forms her torso, and two small bent petals serve as arms. Her dormant form is a slim, oval blue crystal bearing the Bount crest, worn on the choker at Mabashi's throat. To call her out, he tears the crystal loose and drops it, and it burrows into the ground before sprouting a long-stemmed flower that rises into his hand and becomes Ritz.
Ritz comes across as chipper and doting, speaking in a saccharine sing-song and narrating whichever way she happens to be flying. Underneath sits the same cruelty her master shows, and she takes open pleasure in hurting others, even supposed allies, and in puppeteering people on his behalf. She recoils in disgust from Orihime Inoue's affection-based healing, the one force able to pry her off a host. Toward Mabashi she is fiercely devoted, executing his commands at once and forever asking what else she can do for him. That loyalty has a hard limit, though: like many Dolls, she will not serve a master who has grown weak. When Sui-Feng's poison leaves Mabashi failing and he orders her against the captain, Ritz cheerfully acknowledges the command and then turns her swarm of copies on Mabashi himself, ignoring his pleas until both of them die.

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....
Ritz belongs entirely to the anime's Bount arc and never appears in the canon manga. Mabashi first looses her to break up Yoshi's clash with Rukia Kuchiki, Orihime Inoue, and Kurodo, and she runs Yoshi down, jabs her in the neck, and sends her fleeing before smashing through metal shutters to show off her speed. She then bores into Rukia's chest and takes the reins of her body, forcing her to hurl Kido at Orihime and Kurodo and driving her soul out of its Gigai to reach her full strength. When Rukia briefly wrests back control and begs to be killed, Orihime instead uses her healing to peel Ritz away, letting Shuhei Hisagi strike the Doll down.
Days later Mabashi slips into the Seireitei, and Ritz gains a devastating new trick after he devours souls gathered by the Bitto and enters the reishi-thick Soul Society: she can spin off copies of herself and possess many people at once. The pair seize Shinigami and guards across the city, and one duplicate stabs Captain Sui-Feng with a dormant Bitto, poisoning her. As the hijacked Shinigami turn on their own and chaos spreads, Sajin Komamura and Hisagi work out that knocking a host unconscious disables the copy riding them. Realizing he needs a stronger vessel, Mabashi returns to Sui-Feng, who hits him with Nigeki Kessatsu; the poison saps him past the point where Ritz will obey, and she turns on him instead, killing them both. Her toolkit runs from brute durability and high-speed flight to tunneling through earth with a whip-like tendril, the possession that defines her, and the copying she unlocks in Soul Society, which Mabashi claims has no upper limit.
Mabashi is killed by his own Doll, Ritz. Once Sui-Feng's poison leaves him too weak to command her, Ritz turns her swarm of copies against him and ignores his pleas until both of them die.
Ritz is the Doll of the Bount Mabashi, a small rodent-and-flower familiar summoned from a crystal worn on his choker, and her true menace comes from her power to possess bodies.
Ritz can possess a host's body outright, and once Mabashi reaches Soul Society's reishi-thick air she gains the ability to spin off copies of herself and possess an entire crowd at once. She also has brute durability, high-speed flight, and a whip-like tendril for tunneling through earth.
Ritz's master is the Bount Mabashi, whom she serves with sing-song devotion and cheerful cruelty for most of her appearances in the anime's Bount arc.
Ritz cannot withstand Orihime Inoue's affection-based healing, the one force able to pry her loose from a possessed host, and like other Dolls she refuses to keep serving a master who has grown too weak.
