Roka Paramia is a minor Arrancar who works as a nurse within Aizen's army in Las Noches. Left unnamed by the manga, she took her name from a later Bleach novel, and she is best remembered for a grim gag: reattaching Yammy Llargo's arm only for him to test it on her.
Roka cuts a lean figure with shoulder-length black hair and grey eyes. What remains of her Hollow mask forms half a skull that shrouds the right side of her face. She dresses in a long, high-necked green dress marked with stripes and a pair of black boots.
Within Las Noches, Roka tends to the wounded among Aizen's Arrancar forces. Her one notable moment comes when she reattaches Yammy Llargo's severed arm; rather than thank her properly, the Espada tries out the mended limb by striking her, killing her, and then grumbles that he had meant to split her in two instead. The anime softens the scene into Yammy slamming her against a wall, though the English dub keeps his line about wanting to cleave her in half. She plays a far larger part in the novel Bleach: Spirits Are Forever With You.

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....
Because she never fights on the page, Roka's Resurreccion is never shown, and Tite Kubo left her without a name in both the manga and the databooks; the name Roka Paramia instead comes from Ryogo Narita's novel. She is counted among the Numeros and fills a medical role rather than a combat one. Later media closes the gap: the game Bleach: Brave Souls introduces her as a playable character in a Resurreccion form for the first time.
