Askin Nakk Le Vaar is a Quincy of the Wandenreich, bearing the Schrift D, The Deathdealing, and the only rank-and-file Sternritter raised into Yhwach's elite Schutzstaffel. Laid-back, self-deprecating, and deceptively lethal, he kills by bending the fatal dose of any substance.
Askin is tall, slim, and fair-skinned, his neck-length black hair slicked back save for one strand that falls to his mouth, set above high cheekbones, lavender eyes, and full lips. His Sternritter dress centers on a ribbed gray V-neck collar over a white long-sleeved shirt, with a trio of colored bracers on his left wrist, one of them stamped with a Quincy Zeichen he uses to summon his bow, worn with white harem pants tucked into black boots. Before his promotion he wore the standard hooded Wandenreich cloak, later swapped for a guard's cloak marked with a red Hagal rune.
Eccentric and unhurried, Askin would sooner laze through a battle, trading playful banter or even picnicking on the field, than commit to a fight, and he keeps café au lait on hand at all times. He stays polite to friend and foe alike, introducing himself to enemies and making small talk, yet he can turn sarcastic or condescending and talks to a fault, above all about his own knack for cheating death, which he brands shameful. His whole method rests on playing the cowardly weakling, even fleeing mid-fight, so that opponents lower their guard, and he takes genuine pride in dispatching them elegantly with lethal doses rather than crude force. As Urahara intuits, he follows Yhwach less out of loyalty than out of curiosity over what the king will make of the remade world.
Even among the Sternritter, whose power meets or tops a captain's, Askin stands apart, and his true weapon is his Schrift, The Deathdealing. After taking a substance into his body he can calculate its perfect lethal dose and freely adjust it: by lowering the threshold he turns harmless or even vital things, blood, Reishi, oxygen, into instant poison that kills without a direct blow, while by raising it he builds total immunity to whatever he has absorbed, even an enemy's Reiatsu, healing any wound it caused. He channels this through weapons like the slow-drifting Gift Ball, the poisonous pool Gift Bad, and, in his Vollständig Hasshein, the battlefield-swallowing Gift Ball Deluxe, the inescapable Gift Bereich barrier, and the instantly fatal Gift Ring. He also looses Heilig Pfeil from a longbow and shrugs off strikes that would kill others, a durability that first drew Yhwach to him.
His talents carried him through brutal fights. He pressed the Royal Guard's Ōetsu Nimaiya before being felled, revived to overwhelm Tenjirō Kirinji, dropped Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez with a single poisoned ball, and took on both Yoruichi and her younger brother Yūshirō two against one. Only Kisuke Urahara finally undid him, luring his poison realm open so a healed Grimmjow could impale him from within, though even in death Askin left his Gift Ball Deluxe swelling toward one last kill.

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
