Karakuraizer's Last Day

A skull-shaped fortress looms over Urahara's training ground, and the wounded Zennosuke Kurumadani identifies it as a Hollow structure tied to the dangerous events brewing in the town. Tessai, standing in for Urahara, explains that the fortress is built from many Hollows fused together, making it unstable, and tasks the Karakura-Raizer Team with dealing with it. Though hesitant, Tatsuki accepts since Ichigo cannot help, and she later confronts Kon about occupying Ichigo's body while venting her frustration over his absence.

The team transforms and, joined by Don Kanonji, storms the giant fortress, swarmed by dozens of Hollows. Kanonji and Ururu hold off the horde outside while the others push in. Tatsuki clears a path within until a female Arrancar blocks her, but Chizuru pounces in Hyper Erotic Mode, pinning the enemy long enough for Kon to slip toward the core. Keigo narrowly escapes another Hollow thanks to his suit, saved at the last moment by Zennosuke.

At the fortress center, Kon finds a motionless Hollow and gloats, only to be ambushed by an Arrancar firing Bala. Rallied by his teammates and told the mission data could reach Rukia, Kon gets serious and destroys the Arrancar and Hollow with Raizer Beam. The fortress crumbles, the team escapes before Urahara annihilates it with Benihime, and the whole squad is put to sleep as a barrier settles over the town.

The Karakura-Raizer Team infiltrates the Hollow fortress with Don Kanonji and Ururu. Chizuru subdues a female Arrancar to let Kon reach the core, where Kon finishes off another Arrancar with Raizer Beam. The fortress collapses, Urahara destroys the remains with Benihime, and the entire team is put to sleep beneath a protective barrier.

This is an anime-only comedy filler loosely based on sketches from volume 29, sitting outside the main arcs. Its lighthearted tone and superhero parody contrast the surrounding war episodes, and the wiki notes that its ending conflicts with later episodes about how the townspeople were put to sleep. Velonica opens the episode and Sky Chord closes it, with an Arrancar Encyclopedia segment featuring Pesche, Dondochakka, and Gin.
