A fallen pillar and a beaten Ikkaku throw the Shinigami into crisis. Kira sedates a frantic Yumichika, Iba scrambles to halt the real town's return, and Komamura steps in against Poww, who answers by releasing his Zanpakutō and swelling to monstrous size.
The Shinigami are shaken to find a pillar toppled and Ikkaku beaten. Yumichika bolts toward his fallen comrade but is checked by Hisagi, and when he refuses to relent, Kira knocks him out with Shinten, a tranquilizer, chiding that a fifth seat should not carry on so. Kira and Hisagi then notice the genuine Karakura Town beginning to bleed back into view now that a pillar has been broken. Poww, sensing Ikkaku held something in reserve, presses him to unleash it; Ikkaku denies possessing any hidden strength and adds that even if he did, he would never squander it on the likes of Poww.
As the arrancar moves to finish him, Komamura's fist crashes into Poww's face and hurls him into a building. The captain orders his lieutenant, Iba, to stop the town's reappearance, and Iba drives stabilizing poles into the ground around the pillar's remains, arresting the transfer; he warns it is only a stopgap that will hold provided they avoid being drawn into the fighting. Poww hauls himself from the rubble, compliments the captain's punch, then returns it with a blow that sends Komamura flying, before drawing and releasing his Zanpakutō to grow vastly larger.
A pillar falls and Ikkaku lies defeated. Kira sedates a frantic Yumichika with Shinten. Iba's stabilizing poles halt the real Karakura's return as a temporary measure. Komamura punches Poww off Ikkaku, and Poww releases his Zanpakutō to become a giant.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....
