Riruka trudges through the streets escorting a silent, apologetic companion and grumbling that Kugo should have fetched him himself. Back at the hideout, an impatient Ichigo demands to know how and why his powers can be restored, and Kugo tells him to settle down, promising the night is long enough for answers. Over a glass of orange juice, he explains that they are humans blessed with a rare talent, then decides a demonstration will serve better than any lecture.

Coaxing a shining essence from his drink, Kugo describes their gift as the power to draw out the souls that dwell within all matter, souls that can be persuaded to aid whoever uses an object well. By extracting those souls and reinforcing them with their own, members of Xcution turn everyday items into weapons, even reshaping them once the bond grows strong enough. He proves it by transforming his necklace into a broadsword and calls the ability Fullbring. Riruka then returns, bickering about the dim lighting, and shoves her charge forward, revealing Sado, who is as astonished to see Ichigo as Ichigo is to see him.

The chapter delivers the arc's central concept, defining Fullbring as the power to draw out and amplify the souls inside objects. Kugo's necklace-to-sword demonstration provides the first clear display, and Sado's reveal as Riruka's escort sets up the volume that follows.

The final chapter of The Lost Agent volume, adapted within anime Episode 346. It formally introduces the term Fullbring and keeps building Xcution's roster ahead of Ichigo's training.
