Summary

On the Barcha versus Manshine City field, Nagi stays impressed by a still-blazing Reo even though his own fire has gone out. Sensing a flicker of fear in Reo, Nagi resolves to fan his own flames. The scene cuts to the finished Bastard München versus Paris X Gen match, where Isagi lingers in ecstasy over the logic that made his dream real. He understands that every win sharpens his skills into something repeatable, yet the fire that first drove him to play cannot be reproduced. Ego continues the salary reveal, placing Shido third at one hundred sixty million yen and Baro fourth at one hundred fifty million.

Back on the Barcha pitch, Nagi passes to Reo, aware that another Barcha goal ends the game. Wanting only to be wherever and whoever Reo needs, Nagi collects a pass and flicks it over his head, hesitating to shoot from distance. As he ponders Reo's wishes, Lavinho gets in his face and steals the ball, telling him soccer is about more than passing. Chris Prince then robs Lavinho, insisting the game is not over.

Carrying the ball, Chris declares he will grant no future to egoists who refuse to chase their ideals, and Nagi realizes he has been ignored. Chris feeds Reo and orders him to score. Mimicking one of Otoya's own moves, Reo slips past Otoya and buries the ball, leaving Nagi to see that Reo can now stand entirely on his own. With the score level at 2-2 and the three-minute masters clock expired, Reo apologizes for shooting alone. Nagi says it is fine, admitting he has leaned on Reo too much and childishly assumed Reo would always be there. Apologizing for being a burden, his aura flares as he vows to prove he can catch fire too.
