Summary

Inside Ubers' Italian-wing monitor room, Shoei Baro and his teammates watch Isagi celebrate his number one rank and its two hundred forty million yen salary. As Shuto Sendo and Oliver Aiku voice admiration, Baro fixes on the screen and marks Isagi as the prey he intends to hunt. Elsewhere, viewers of Blue Lock TV cheer, and Isagi reflects on the logic-driven climb that crushed others on his way to the top, craving more of that ecstasy as he chases becoming the world's best.

Rewinding to before that match ended, Bachira dribbles downfield. Reo and Agi order Nagi to cut him off, but Bachira flows from a roulette into a lifted touch, gliding past Nagi to score for FC Barcha and crowning himself a god. Lavinho, thrilled, calls him a monster and joins the match alongside Chris Prince. With the score level at 1-1, Nagi senses the tide shifting. Told to focus, Nagi decides even an assist would lift his value, then collects the ball and slips past a defender, set on surviving with Reo.

Otoya darts in to strip the ball, boasting he has studied Nagi and Reo's passing pattern more than he has seen his own parents. Reo realizes Otoya struck from his blind spot and that he and Bachira are peaking. Lavinho, Otoya, and Bachira string together passes, and Bachira crosses to Otoya, who beats the pairing of Chris Prince and Kazuma Nio to score, pushing FC Barcha ahead 2-1. Watching them blaze, Nagi recognizes the fire that convinces them they stand at the world's very core, a feeling he has known but cannot summon. Reo admits it is hard to burn while playing for the team, yet promises that one more goal will make them the world's focus, and Nagi marvels at how dazzlingly strong Reo has grown.
