Key Events

Nagi, meanwhile, slips into the arena clutching a ticket and wrestling with whether he deserves to be there after losing. Pushing through the crowd and past the guards, he admits that chasing the game merely to stay at Reo's side had hollowed him out, and that he will not keep chasing it for that reason.

Recalling his first goal against Japan's U-20 side, he pinpoints the real engine of his ego: the ecstasy of feeling godlike. Willing to give up everything else to taste it again, he barges into the officials' suite where Buratsuta is toasting champagne and asks whether his seat remains open, his ominous aura swelling as he weighs tearing Blue Lock apart.
