With Rin lining up a corner, Isagi arranges his side to intercept, planting himself between Nagi and Bachira so he can pounce on whoever receives. Rin lofts a curling ball that Isagi reads as a delivery to Aryu, but the shot instead spins vertically and drops straight into the net, stretching the lead to 4-2. The strike stuns everyone, Isagi most of all, who agonizes over the thought that a different position would have let him stop it. Bachira warns that one more concession hands Team Red the win, while Nagi counters that three of their own would flip the result, and Isagi steels himself to lock in.

The trio launches forward again through their triangle passing, Isagi burning to convert the next chance. Rin slips up behind him, declares the games are over, and dances past both Nagi and Bachira before burying his final goal. The match closes 5-2 in Team Red's favor, granting the winners the right to poach a player as they climb toward the fourth stage.

Team Red earns a corner, and Rin converts it directly with a deceptive vertical-spinning shot. Team White's attempt to rally through their passing triangle collapses when Rin strips the ball, weaves past Nagi and Bachira, and scores again to finish the contest 5-2 and claim victory along with the right to recruit an opponent.

Titled The Beauty of the Parabola (Sono Hōbutsusen no Utsukushi sa ni), the chapter highlights the arcing trajectory of Rin's corner strike. It is the 48th chapter overall, the eighth of Volume 6, and belongs to the Second Selection Arc, adapted within Episode 13 of the anime.
