Personality

Cruel humor runs through everything he does. George is mocking, malicious, and unbalanced enough to relish the moment he seizes control of a victim's ship, cackling at whoever he traps. His reliance on one of the most sophisticated hacking rigs in existence feeds a swaggering overconfidence, and he taunts the people he preys on rather than simply robbing them. He even dresses up his thefts as generosity, calling the transfer of riches from the lucky to the unlucky a form of charity.

History

In 2071 he runs a three-person outfit with Herman and Ruth, working from a converted trucking vessel that lets them drift close to other craft. A grappling line fires into a target's computer core and cripples it, so the larger ship can swallow the disabled vessel whole, after which the trio quietly fence whatever they steal. Their luck runs out when they set upon the Bebop. George manages to knock the ship offline, but the crews of the Red Tail and the Swordfish II turn his own method back on him, loading the same virus into his systems. His vessel freezes, then detonates, killing everyone aboard.
