Harris

Harris is shown as a male staff member embedded in the joint medical and military operation on Mars, most often seen at a monitor or moving through the Cherious Medical facility. His Japanese voice comes from Jyurouta Kosugi, with Mirron E. Willis handling the English dub.

Watchful and procedure-driven, Harris keeps his superior informed at every turn and is quick to act on suspicion. When a blood sample points toward a possible accomplice, he moves to detain her without waiting for confirmation, and he does not hesitate to lead an armed sweep to bury inconvenient evidence.

In 2071 Harris held a post at Cherious Medical, answering to the Colonel overseeing the site. After Vincent Volaju launched an assault on Alba City, he relayed word about how the ISSP was mobilizing. He then watched Steve analyze Elektra Ovirowa's blood and noticed it carried the identical nanomachines found in Volaju, so, convinced she might be an ally of the attacker, he locked her in a holding cell. That backfired when Spike Spiegel, jailed beside her, drew Harris away long enough for Ovirowa to overpower him, take his weapon, and force him to open the door.

Later, learning the ISSP intended to move on the Alba City water treatment plant, Harris marched a squad in to seize control and destroy any proof. Inside the command office he squared off with Hoffman over who ran the scene, only for both to spot on a monitor that the jack-o-lantern recovered there was nothing but a decoy.
