Harrison is a devoted foot soldier in the Space Warriors who serves Maria Murdock faithfully, until a lapse in his duties and his leader's cruelty turn him into a grim living demonstration of the group's stolen virus.
Harrison is a male member of the Space Warriors, glimpsed among the group at top center in the referenced shot. His voice is provided by Chafurin in the Japanese track and by Bob Papenbrook in the English version.
Loyal above all, Harrison follows Maria Murdock's orders without protest, yet he grows visibly fearful whenever her attention turns toward his failures. That anxiety hints at a man who fears his own leader more than any outside threat, and even when he objects to his fate, his voice carries no real weight within the cell.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Harrison belonged to the Space Warriors and answered to Maria Murdock. When the cell uncovered that one of their own, Gett, had been secretly feeding information to the ISSP, it was Harrison who had been tasked with watching him. Although the team dealt with Gett, Murdock refused to overlook the slip. Over a meal near Ganymede she raised the failure, leaving Harrison uneasy, though her focus soon shifted to another diner, Morgan, who meant to eat a Ganymede sea rat.
The Warriors then slaughtered much of the restaurant, and after Murdock was briefly captured by the Bebop crew, Harrison was reminded that his punishment still awaited. Though he had taken part in the plan to loose the Monkey Business virus on Ganymede, Murdock chose to make an example of him. To prove to the ISSP chief that her threat was genuine, she had the protesting Harrison infected and released in his transformed, mutated state.
