Chapter 191 of Dandadan reveals the orchestrator's hierarchy as Adachi is fired and stripped of Murakami's power, hints that Momo carries an ID Cosmos, and pits Vega against the Fairy-Tale Card while Bamora can no longer perceive Momo.
Adachi meets an unnamed man beneath an overpass to hand over Murakami's power on the orchestrator's instructions. Mid-handoff, the orchestrator phones to reveal that Murakami was also one of his subordinates collecting powers, which stuns Adachi. He points out she erred, since Murakami was never a target, and asks why she went after him. Adachi says she suspected he had powers and swears it will not happen again, but the orchestrator disqualifies her, both for the mistake and for relying on luck after Koki's Lord of the Flies softened Murakami. He orders her to surrender her Asura and the stolen power to the man.
When Adachi begs for another chance, he refuses, explaining her kind heart keeps her from draining anyone with an ID Cosmos, people who feel no fear and fall only when their loved ones are threatened. She protests that she needs to support her mother, but the man attacks, telling her to accept defeat. Vega arrives in time to kick him off and call for backup. As Vega moves in, a court card belonging to the Fairy-Tale Card slips out of the man's back, and Vega recognizes it with a start. Seeing that Vega resists the card's control, the agent instead seizes Adachi and turns her against him. Vega restrains her as her will returns, by which point the man has fled.
At the airport, Seiko hands Manjiro duties for her absence while her student tells her to mind her injury. Momo, perched on Bamora's shoulder, tries to call to her but only gets Jiji's attention, fretting that Bamora has gone unresponsive as though she cannot see her, a sign the curse may be turning her into a pygmy. Nearby, Aira, Rin, and Koki rejoin Okarun and Kinta, who drag Hase's limp body along.
Adachi hands the orchestrator's courier her Severed Head Dribblers knife, only for the orchestrator to phone and dismiss her for striking Murakami, a fellow operative, without any order to do so. Momo is hinted to carry an ID Cosmos, meaning she cannot fear death, so her powers stay safe unless her loved ones are targeted first. The agent attacks Adachi but Vega defends her, and when the Fairy-Tale Card fails to control Vega, the man flees. Bamora can no longer perceive Momo, who fears she is turning into a pygmy.
