Summary

Heading to school, Okarun runs through a ki-building exercise, uneasy whenever classmates look over. Aira bounds up, copies the motion, and asks its point. Turning to her wounds, Okarun hears that Queen healed her just by resting hands on them. Aira figures Queen wields healing power; though that could brand her a Power Collector enemy, she trusts Queen as an exception, both for her sincere warmth and because the gift saps her with sickness scaled to how much she mends. When Aira learns the drill requires Okarun to stay perfectly still, she teasingly shoves him.

Key Events

Jiji breaks in, ribbing them for flirting and thrilled to reunite after Shimane. Asked about Momo, he says she is herself again and points to her nearing with Bamora. Aira lights up at Momo restored to full height, admitting she enjoyed the tiny version too, and Okarun welcomes the pair back. Momo's flat thanks feels wrong to Aira, who calls out her missing enthusiasm and recalls how everyone fretted. Then Momo asks who Aira even is, stunning her and Okarun and sparking a spat over Aira supposedly knowing her. Jiji finally tells the two that Momo has lost every memory from the period she spent among them, recounts what happened in Shimane, and passes on Seiko's counsel to avoid forcing her recollection for now.

In class, Miko and Kei welcome Momo back and she speaks openly about her condition, and Jiji takes comfort that she still knows her two closest friends. Across the building, Okarun slumps forward onto his desk, aching that Momo has forgotten their shared moments, above all the times she once called his name. After break he strides the corridors determined that reaching out will now be his to do.
