Appearance

Mukago was a short, slight woman with very pale gray skin and two dark red streaks across her cheeks. She had sharp pink nails and a pair of white horns above either side of her forehead. Her chin-length white hair fell with short bangs between the horns, and she wore a plain red kimono with a fur-lined collar tied at the back with a large purple bow.

Personality

Like nearly all demons, Mukago feared and revered Muzan, but she was the most cowardly of the Lower Ranks. Muzan, able to read her mind, exposed that she had no will to fight any Hashira and intended to flee the moment one was mentioned, something she had reportedly done many times. Caught out, she tried to deny her own thoughts in a desperate bid to placate him.

History

After Rui's death, Mukago was gathered with the other Lower Ranks at the Infinity Castle by Nakime and confronted by Muzan, who had taken on a disguise so they would let down their guard. He berated them for their weakness and devoured Kamanue when the demon scoffed at his demands. When Muzan accused Mukago of only ever thinking about running from the Hashira, she broke down in tears and swore to risk her life for him. He dismissed her plea as a contradiction of his own words and struck her down on the spot, killing her instantly.
