Noguchi

Noguchi is a young man with green eyes and dark hair worn in a long bob. An X-shaped scar marks his right shoulder.

Not much is established about him, but he admires the Hashira's skill while being daunted by their sheer intensity, which he thinks scares off would-be successors. He takes his work seriously, joining other slayers to bring down a large demon in the Infinity Castle so the Hashira can save their strength for Muzan. He is also easily moved, even tearing up over Tanjiro's grilled rice balls.

At some point Noguchi enlisted in the Demon Slayer Corps. During Hashira Training he undergoes Obanai Iguro's swordsmanship drills, where falling short of expectations leaves him tied to a post as a moving obstacle and covered in bruises. Afterward he soothes those bruises in a hot bath with other recruits, sharing meals and conversation with the likes of Murata and Tanjiro and agreeing that the brutal training is why the current Hashira have no apprentices.

In the Infinity Castle, Noguchi is among the slayers who take on a powerful demon so the Hashira can focus on Muzan, teaming with Shimamoto to behead it with their swords. Whether he survives the collapse of the castle and Muzan's later rampage is left unconfirmed.
