Summary

Within the Infinity Castle, Akaza waits with visible irritation as the Biwa Demon plays her instrument. Gyokko greets him with false concern, and Hantengu frets over the unlucky stretch of time since their last summons. Akaza ignores them and asks whether Muzan or Upper Rank One has arrived, only for Doma to drape an arm over his shoulder and earn a savage punch for it.

The Biwa Demon reveals that Upper Rank One came first, and Akaza spots the silent Kokushibo, who notes that their master is also present. Muzan announces that Gyutaro is dead. He dismisses Doma's offers to be punished, having already foreseen the defeat, and condemns the group for failing to wipe out the Ubuyashiki family or locate the Blue Spider Lily.

When Gyokko offers unverified information, Muzan beheads him on the spot, demanding absolute, self-destructive loyalty. He orders Gyokko and Hantengu onward if the lead proves real, then departs. Doma's attempt to tag along ends with Akaza destroying part of his head and telling him to leave.
