Kyle McCarley

McCarley provides the English-language voice of Yushiro in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, the anime produced by studio Ufotable. The character joins a substantial body of dubbing work that McCarley has built since the mid-2010s, much of it centered on Japanese animation and games. By the time he took on the role, he had voiced a string of notable leads and supporting figures, making Yushiro a natural fit within a career defined by varied anime performances for English-speaking audiences.

In anime, McCarley is best known as Shigeo Kageyama in Mob Psycho 100, alongside roles such as Mikazuki Augus in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, Shinji Matou in the Fate/stay night films, Ryota Watari in Your Lie in April, Narancia Ghirga in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Vento Aureo, and Helbram in The Seven Deadly Sins. His video game credits include lead performances as 9S in Nier: Automata, Alm in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, and Wizard Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom. He has also appeared in Western animation, voicing Marc Anciel in Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir, Simon Laurent in Infinity Train, and Dev Dimmadome in The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish.
