Squalo and Tiziano

Squalo is a lean young man who keeps his red hair in braids and wears a dark jumpsuit fitted with studded shoulder pads, a wide headband, gloves, and rows of armbands. Tiziano, also slim and of average height, has darker skin and long, straight, pale-blonde hair, and he favors loose light overalls paired with a dark headband, gloves, and sandals.

Squalo is the fiery half of the partnership, aggressive and quick to panic while generally leaving the planning to his companion, though he is skilled at squeezing every advantage from his surroundings. Tiziano is the calm strategist, studying their target's habits, steadying Squalo whenever his nerve slips, and fond of announcing that everything is going to plan. The two clearly share a deep bond, widely read as romantic, and Tiziano willingly absorbs blows meant for Squalo, even offering his own blood as fuel for Clash. When Tiziano dies, Squalo casts aside any sense of duty and fights on purely to avenge him.

Their Stands define the danger the two present. Squalo controls Clash, a shark that rises from any body of liquid and can flicker instantly between nearby pools, making its next strike nearly impossible to anticipate. Tiziano commands Talking Head, a little octopus that fastens onto a victim's tongue and prevents them from voicing the truth. After Team Bucciarati turns on the Boss, the pair are sent to keep the group from leaving Venice alive. Clash bites into Narancia's tongue during a meal, and Talking Head slides into his mouth, leaving him unable to warn his friends of the trap.

Clash then ambushes Giorno through the watery floor of a restroom and hauls him into the sewers, where Narancia's Aerosmith traces the Stand by the carbon dioxide leaking from Giorno's wounds. Cornered, the two killers slip down into the street and try to melt into the crowd. Their plan comes undone when Narancia cuts out his own tongue to strip away Talking Head. Tiziano takes a lethal barrage from Aerosmith to shield Squalo and to provide the liquid his partner needs to recall Clash. Cradling Tiziano as he passes, Squalo swears revenge, faces Narancia alone, and is shot down as well.
