Busho is a staff member of the Hero Association, one of the office workers who keeps its operations running from behind the scenes. Serious about his duties, he handles investigations, briefings, and dispatch calls across many of the series' major crises.
Busho stands tall and keeps his black hair cropped short, his brown eyes set above a growth of stubble. He dresses for the office in the standard uniform of the job: a black suit over a white shirt, finished off with a gray tie.
Busho is a conscientious sort who treats his work with genuine dedication.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Busho turns up again and again throughout the Hero Association's emergencies. He is first spotted with his colleague Jinzuren amid the rubble of the House of Evolution, phoning in their findings and pinning suspicion on the cyborg Genos, whom he later interviews directly about the wreckage during the hero exam. When the Deep Sea King goes on a rampage, he warns Mumen Rider away from the threatened shelter, then unexpectedly ends up on the line with Saitama; though reluctant to send a C-Class hero against a Demon-level monster, his curiosity over Saitama's nearly blank record wins out and he hands over the battle's coordinates.
After a massive spaceship wipes out A-City, he orders evacuation alerts for the neighboring cities and warns that the threat may be God-level. He also flags the sudden surge of monster attacks across the map and later feeds King the information needed to bring down Elder Centipede. In the bonus chapter Big Promotion, Busho tells the assessor Cautous flatly that he wants no promotion, explaining that he took the job to protect his own city and that the rewards should go to the heroes who do the hard fighting. He has no powers beyond those of an ordinary person.
